We try to keep our bagels simple and use ingredients we genuinely feel good about.
Our dough is made with unbleached and unbromated flour, organic barley malt syrup, organic pure cane sugar, reverse osmosis filtered water, and Diamond Crystal kosher salt.
Nothing overly complicated. Just ingredients chosen to create the texture, flavor, and chew we love in a good bagel.
Every batch is hand-rolled, boiled, and baked by us each weekend in Minnesota.

ABOUT US
Seven Bagels is a Minnesota-based bagel business founded by husband-and-wife team Alexa and Ty. We make handmade bagels and house-made cream cheese for weekend pop-ups and pre-orders across Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and the Twin Cities.
What started as making bagels at home for friends and family has grown into a small business focused on fresh bagels made in small batches each week.
Every bagel is hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh before our pop-ups. Our menu includes Plain, Everything, Asiago, Cinnamon Crunch, and Rosemary Olive Oil bagels along with house-made cream cheese.
